A good friend of mine named Kayle Aira celebrated her 18th birthday last November 19, 2016 at Maria Paz Royale Garden Resort. I was accompanied by my lovely friend, Ate Jen and her adorable daughter, Pia. The party was Hollywood-themed, and I really liked how they chose red as a pop of color. Everyone wore grey and white outfits and they all looked great. The surrounding was full of happiness because the family, friends, and guests were all excited to see the debutante in the spotlight. Like every other parties, it started with an introduction and followed by the program. First on the list was the 18 roses, second was the 18 candles where I was included, third was the 18 gifts, and lastly the 18 blue bills. I was 10th of the 18 candles, and this was my speech...
Now you're 18, you're going to see the world from a different perspective. It may seem difficult and scary, but I know you'll make it through because I know you can and I believe in you. Love yourself more than you do others. It may sound like I'm teaching you to be selfish but I'm not. Trust me. Always be yourself no matter what happens. Stay pretty and humble at the same time. I know recently we had a misunderstanding and that's okay. I'm really happy you're starting to be more mature about things like that, and we passed through it. Remember whatever happens, know that I'm always here for you. To me, you're the younger sister that I never had, and I'm thankful to have you in my life. I wish you all the best in life. I hope all your dreams come true and may you live a long healthy happy life full of adventures.
